Basic info:
The full program cost is $250. ($50.00 taken at registration and then 2 payments of $ 100.00)
The school is located at N. 10th & Pecan, 1 blk north of Peter Piper Pizza in McAllen.

How old do you have to be to take driver education classes?
The student must be 14 years of age to begin taking driver education. To obtain a learner's permit the student must be 15 years of age. For the teen driving course, the oldest age is 18 years old.

What do I need to enroll?
Only a $50 payment is required to enroll. At enrollment, you will receive instructions on the other forms needed to process the application for your instruction permit.

What is a TEA form?
For DPS to process a student's application for an instruction permit, the Texas Education Agency requires a form (officially known as the Verification of Enrollment form) to verify the student is attending school 90% of the time. How does behind-the-wheel instruction work?
Once the student obtains his/her permit, s/he will set up appointments by using our schedule2drive system online or during class for 7 hours driving and 7 hours observation. Driving appointments are scheduled one at a time.
